We require a credit card to be held on file at the time of booking an appointment, however, you won't be charged for the service until after your appointment.

Any cancellations and/or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

If for whatever reason you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, we will charge your card on file 100% of the cost of the service.

If you booked an appointment within 48 hours, there are no refunds for cancellations or rescheduling.

This is an appointment-based business, therefore our availability is limited.

All services performed are non-refundable. 

Please fill out the client consent and liability form sent to you prior to your appointment.
